Must Have
5+ years in product management, preferably with SaaS applications in ecommerce, retail analytics or brand protection, Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B software products, Experience with user-centric design and UI/UX best practices, analytical abilities and data-driven decision making skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, Technical aptitude to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, Experience with agile development methodologies
Nice to Have
Understanding of ecommerce ecosystem, pricing strategies, and brand protection challenges
What You'll Do.
Own the strategic vision and roadmap for PROWL
balancing customer needs
and business objectives
Lead the ongoing product enhancements focused on improving the PROWL user experience
Define feature requirements and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic value and customer impact
Monitor key product metrics and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
Serve as the product expert for PROWL's MAP monitoring capabilities
becoming a trusted advisor for internal teams and customers
Identify new opportunities to enhance PROWL's capabilities around unauthorized seller detection
and workflow optimization
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams; Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product increments; Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling positioning and sales enablement materials; trusted advisor for internal teams
