The role will ensure continued market leadership in UAS. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities:** * Planning and Governance of UAS Research and Development lines of effort, ensuring on-time, on-spec, on-budget execution of projects to company and customer commitments. * Define a vision for UAS products and applications and align stakeholders. * Monitor the UAS market and develop competitive analysis. * Contribute to long-term roadmap for key UAS applications and product lines. * Product lifecycle management--including pricing, positioning, incorporation of customer feedback, requirements, and issues. * Lead role in responding to RFPs, white-papers, and solicitations. **Job Qualifications:** * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management; additional relevance in Product Marketing, Business Development, Systems Engineering and/or related disciplines. * System-level technical expertise in UAS technology, including relevant subsystems (cameras, gimbals, GCS, etc.). * Degree in Engineering, Business, or both at bachelor level—Masters is a plus. * Indirect leadership experience, particularly in project/program leve
