What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10+ years of experience, at least 5+ years in Product Management roles, significant experience managing consumer-facing mobile and web applications, hands-on experience designing, implementing, or managing Loyalty Programs, customer engagement platforms, rewards ecosystems, or CRM products, experience working with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, and business teams, demonstrates understanding of digital KPIs and product performance management, experience with prototyping and requirements definition tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc., excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, prior experience within Retail, eCommerce, FMCG, Hospitality, or customer-centric industries (Retail strongly preferred), knowledge of customer journeys, personalization, CRM, and customer engagement ecosystems, experience with product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing, Previous experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, CRM platforms, or digital loyalty ecosystems is considered a advantage, Arabic language proficiency, Loyalty platforms and rewards ecosystems, Omnichannel retail and customer engagement journeys, Customer mobile applications and digital ecosystems, Membership and rewards products, Personalization and customer data platforms, CRM and loyalty technology implementations, Digital commerce and customer experience platforms

Define and execute product vision
and roadmap for consumer-facing digital products (web and mobile applications)
Develop differentiating product positioning and messaging across primary customer and market segments
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and business case development to launch
and continuous enhancement
Drive the design and implementation of customer-centric experiences that increase customer engagement
loyalty participation
and revenue generation
Define and prioritize product features based on customer insights
and market opportunities
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
Leverage customer data
and behavioral analytics to inform product decisions
Own and monitor product KPIs including adoption
and loyalty performance metrics
Lead Agile delivery processes and manage product backlogs
