What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech/RegTech, with proven ownership of multiple products or modules, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies, Hands-on proficiency with SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) for product analytics and data-driven decisions, Familiarity with product and engineering tools such as Azure Boards, Postman, and Grafana, Comfortable discussing technical integrations and API-level concepts with both engineers and customers, Proven track record of owning roadmaps, running sprints, and shipping releases on time, analytical skills for competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and identifying market gaps, Experience coordinating QA and UAT processes to ensure release quality, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in able to align engineering, marketing, and sales teams around clear priorities, Ownership-driven, decisive, and comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

What You'll Do.
Own and maintain the engineering board

Translate the founder's product vision into a clear
Use SQL and product analytics to measure feature performance

Partner with customer-facing teams to explain technical integrations
resolve product issues
feed customer insights back into the roadmap
