Must Have
5+ years of experience in Product Management for complex software products, Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms, Proven track record of driving product initiatives end-to-end, problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into product outcomes, Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments, customer engagement and stakeholder management skills, Data-driven mindset with experience using product metrics to guide decisions
Nice to Have
Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field, Familiarity with how engineering teams design, build, and validate products, Ability to communicate effectively with engineers at a technical level, Experience with engineering, collaboration, or workflow-driven tools, Experience with product analytics, experimentation, or data-driven optimization, Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced product capabilities
