What They're Looking For.
Must Have
product management building B2C and B2B insurance products and services for a large carrier or insurtech, working directly with engineering, design and QA teams, Comfortable navigating a multi-stakeholder environment, building consensus and making timely decisions, Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, Leverages AI to build repeatable workflows to synthesize research, strategy, and execution and produce actionable outputs which drive decision making and accelerate product delivery, understanding of software development in at least two of the following areas: Cloud Based Infrastructure, APIackend Services, Data Platform/Data Science, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, High degree of analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, Comfortable operating in a distributed work environment

Experience working with a wide range of personal lines and commercial lines insurance products and configurations, Experience with data science modeling and machine learning practices
