What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of product management experience in AdTech, Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and publisher value, quantitative skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics that align with business objectives, knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, including real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs), Ability to create intuitive prototypes and collaborate effectively with design teams, Experience designing and analyzing A tests, Excellence in aligning cross-functional teams and communicating effectively at all levels
Nice to Have
Supply-side platforms or publisher monetization experience is an advantage, Experience with real-time bidding, auction dynamics, or yield optimization algorithms, Understanding of privacy regulations and their impact on the adtech ecosystem, Experience working with major SSPs, ad exchanges, or publisher platforms, Track record of successful product launches that delivered significant revenue growth
