THE ROLE We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the heart of Ncontracts' next-generation TPRM platform: the core risk management capabilities that community banks and credit unions rely on to assess, manage, and monitor their vendor relationships. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who brings strong product fundamentals, deep familiarity with risk and compliance workflows, and genuine excitement about rebuilding a mature problem space from the ground up with an AI-first strategy. You'll define how financial institutions conduct inherent and residual risk assessments, manage the full vendor lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, extract and act on contract intelligence, and generate the reporting and insights that drive program decisions.
