What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Tertiary qualifications at Degree level in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field, Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Sales, understanding of hospital systems, procurement, and ANZ healthcare dynamics
Nice to Have
Demonstrated success selling or marketing Medtronic’s Surgical Stapling portfolio, Demonstrated success with complex sales or marketing initiatives

Ensure portfolio activities compliance
Contribute to Surgical initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Lead effective collaboration with Global Marketing, Medical Education, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Clinical teams; Collaboration and high performing culture is key to the success of the One Surgical Marketing Team; Contribute to broader Surgical and CSI initiatives beyond own portfolio
