What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Strong, relevant Product Management experience, demonstrated success as a Senior Product Manager in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technical platforms, or complex product environments, product strategy experience that extends beyond feature delivery or backlog execution, Demonstrated success translating customer needs, commercial inputs, competitive signals, and GTM insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions, Direct enterprise customer engagement experience, including discovery, validation, executive stakeholder conversations, or customer-facing product strategy, Deep understanding of market-facing product practices such as win/loss analysis, competitive positioning, GTM collaboration, commercial framing, and sales-informed prioritization, commercial product judgment, including awareness of adoption, expansion, revenue impact, competitive differentiation, product value, and market opportunity, Ability to operate with autonomy and ambiguity, make decisions without complete information, and manage competing priorities, Proven history of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across Product, GTM, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, and broader leadership, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Intellectual agility, curiosity, and a passion for product strategy, Collaborative operating style with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively and influence without authority

You will own product strategy for a strategically important area of Jama Connect and help translate customer needs, market signals, commercial context, and GTM insights into product decisions that influence adoption, expansion, differentiation, and long-term business growth. This is not a backlog-management role.
