Must Have

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in analytics, data platforms, AI-driven products, or edtech environments where outcomes and trust are critical., Proven track record of owning and driving complex product areas, delivering measurable impact from strategy through execution., understanding of data systems, analytics workflows, and BI concepts, including experience with SQL-based or semantic-layer-driven products., Experience leading AI-powered or data-intensive products, with a emphasis on accuracy, interpretability, and user trust., product judgment and customer empathy, with the ability to represent the needs of educators, administrators, and institutional stakeholders., Comfort working in ambiguous, complex environments, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum., Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, data, design, and go-to-market at multiple levels of the organization., A pragmatic, experiment-driven mindset—you move quickly from ideas to learning, and from learning to impact.
