What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in a product role, scaled a product to enterprise customers, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), Excellent communication skills, Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making, Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers, problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Curiosity, Team player, currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Hyperproof is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our strong and growing team. What you’ll do In this role, you will work on scaling and building new features to meet growing demands in the GRC space. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, and you will be empowered with the autonomy needed to drive successful outcomes and elevate the product’s value in collaborative environments. A key focus of this role is driving the development and enhancement of AI-powered features that meaningfully improve customer outcomes. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven features and enhancements which will achieve key customer outcomes in a dynamic environment in a fast evolving landscape. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, engineering, and design teams, to understand market needs, customer requirements, and integration opportunities. You’ll conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry standards, and customer demands. You’ll monitor and analyze metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and build quick functional prototypes to validate new product ideas and improvements. You’ll represent Hyperproof as a subject
