Must Have
3-5 years of Product Management experience, at least 1 year in a B2B SaaS environment focused on data or reporting, Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies, experience working closely with engineering teams, Superior ability to articulate data plans to non-technical stakeholders, translate complex "data-speak" into meaningful features, demonstrate knowledge of converting data to insights, Experience using AI for prompting, prototyping, understanding of fine-tuning and human-evaluation on top of AI models, Agility in your way of working, ability to pivot based on data-driven insights
Nice to Have
Experience in data-heavy industries (LMS, Reporting, or Logging), Proven track record of building/scaling a reporting dashboard for a B2B audience, Technical background: Ability to follow architectural discussions regarding data pipelines, Cybersecurity knowledge: Specifically understanding nuances like Framework coverage (e. g. , MITRE ATT&CK)

Get ready for an exciting adventure into the world of cybersecurity! 🚀🔒💻 ### **The Core Mission of the Sr Product Manager** Hack The Box is on the lookout for a Sr Product Manager to own our **Data & Reporting experience**. This product area is becoming an independent pillar within the HTB ecosystem, moving from a shared internal function to a **core value proposition for our customers.** You will work to discover, shape, and build a data offering that provides **deep insights into user performance and organizational growth**. **Your primary mission is to measure and understand where our current data offering stands, identify opportunities for better visualization, and prioritize the backlog for reporting, especially for teams and bigger organizations.** The Focus: We need a PM who is obsessed with data storytelling.
