As a Senior Product Manager – Specialty care, Respiratory, you will be responsible to drive growth through robust brand strategy development & implementation, strong marketing plan execution and close cross‑functional collaboration in highly competitive environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting portfolio expansion, offering high visibility locally and regular interaction with global teams. Working closely with commercial, medical, regulatory and market access colleagues, you will lead product strategy and execution with a clear focus on measurable results, collaboration and impact — contributing directly to GSK’s ambition to get ahead of disease together. **Responsibilities:** This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead one of key innovation in our portfolio expansion, that will help to progress YOUR career. Your responsibilities in this role will include: * **Impactful strategic mindset and execution.** You will contribute to strategy & lead the execution of brand plan together with cross functional project team - planning key milestones, clear responsibility split, ensuring disciplined execution, keeping project team members motivated & accountable for results. * **Demonstrate competitive mindset and external focus** – assess market environment, competitor activity and evolving standards of care, and adjust strategy accordingly. **Regular field presence** & **EEs interaction is a must** to generate actionable insights. * **Deep customer and patient insight orientation** – identifying unmet needs of patients, HCPs key customers to understand treatment pathways and translate insights into actionable brand communication & go to market strategy. * **Work with clinical data & translating them into winning promo campaigns** – confidence in analyzing & interpreting scientific data, especially around patient identification & product scientific profile vs. key competit
