Must Have
7+ years of experience in Product Management, 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product, Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts, Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams, Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies, Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers, Proficient with infrastructure concepts and components – like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs – and able to articulate these models in human-readable terms, Experience with AI tools

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Grafana leadership on product goals; Communicate needs, functionality, and details to internal stakeholders; Bridge Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM; Facilitate free flow of information across teams; Represent products to customers; Interact with 100% remote and globally distributed teams; Work closely with PMM to enable GTM; Work across R&D to ensure Performance Testing is tightly woven; Connect with platforms like the Knowledge Graph; Connect with core Cloud products; Work with Engineering and Design teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders; Proactive communication is essential; Ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively; Articulate infrastructure models in human-readable terms
