Senior Product Manager About the Role Conga is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Rebate Management solution — a mission-critical product serving enterprise customers in distribution, manufacturing, and CPG who manage complex, high-stakes trading-partner programs. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role. You'll define what gets built, why, and how it wins in the market — working across a complex web of accrual models, program structures, and settlement workflows, and translating that complexity into a product that is both commercially differentiated and operationally excellent. What You'll Own Define and maintain a clear 3-month, 6-month, and 12–24 month roadmap, balancing near-term customer commitments against strategic product investments. Own the full rebate object model — from program configuration and accrual logic through payment request and settlement — and drive continuous improvement across that lifecycle. Build deep domain expertise in rebate and channel-incentive workflows, including volume-based, growth, tiered, and multi-level program structures. Partner with engineering to shape the backlog, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver it
