4+ years of experience in product management, Proven track record of delivering successful digital products, Bias for action and ability to operate in an environment of extreme agility and high ambiguity, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Familiarity with software development processes, Agile, Scrum, and technology concepts, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to identify challenges and break down complexity into incremental and creative solutions, Proficiency in using data to inform product decisions and measure success, Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and deliverables, A passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences

What You'll Do.
Accelerate and manage marketplace roadmap
Prioritize strategic initiatives
Make informed prioritization decisions
Balance short-term requirements with long-term goals
Drive evolution of customer-facing marketplace
Define and deliver new features
Understand user needs
Champion solutions prioritizing user experience
Translate high-level concepts into detailed requirements
Work closely with designers and developers
Drive Agile scrum development processes
Facilitate sprint planning
Define KPIs and success metrics
Analyze data to inform product decisions
Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback
