What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of product management experience, Experience working with payment processors, PSPs, merchant onboarding systems, or financial infrastructure products, understanding of transaction flows, payment operations, onboarding experiences, or financial workflow design, Ability to simplify technically complex systems into intuitive user experiences, Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical stakeholders, High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or platform products, Experience working with early-stage teams or fast-paced startups, product intuition around trust, reliability, operational workflows, and user behavior in financial products

Own and help define the strategy for payments and financial infrastructure across the platform
Work closely with engineering on payment architecture

Partner with external payment providers and platforms to support evolving product capabilities
