Full Job Description
About Brick... Brick is transforming how people interact with technology—helping people minimize distractions, reclaim focus, and live more intentionally. Our physical device and companion app turn smartphones from sources of distraction into tools for presence and productivity. We’re on a mission to help people take back control of their time and attention so they can focus on what matters most—and we’re building a team of thoughtful, driven people to make that happen. We are scaling rapidly and are building out a dynamic user experience rooted in mobile clients, hardware devices, analytics, personalization, and real-time features. Job Summary / About the Role: Brick is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core device and companion app experience. You will be the voice of our users — people working hard to reclaim their attention — and translate deep customer insight and behavioral data into products that create real, lasting change. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and design as well as other cross-functional partners to ship experiences that put Brick at the forefront of digital health. This is a foundational role at an early-stage company where your decisions will directly shape what Brick becomes. Location: This role is based in our Chicago office, with an expectation of 3 days per week in person. Given the cross-functional nature of this work, in-person collaboration is a core part of how we operate — with flexibility to work from home as needed. What You’ll Do: Lead discovery and definition of new product opportunities by synthesizing user research, behavioral data, and competitive intelligence into a clear, prioritized strategy. Own a portion of the product roadmap for Brick's device and app experience — from the daily use loop to habit formation and long-term user retention — ensuring every feature ties back to measurable outcomes for users and the business.
