What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical, 5+ years of experience building and launching technical products as a Product Manager, Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (e. g. , Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance your own productivity, velocity, and decision-making as a PM, A proven ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and use it to build delightful, high-impact capabilities, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bring clarity and alignment in ambiguous situations, A deep sense of customer empathy and experience identifying customer requirements and shipping engaging experiences
Nice to Have
background in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, Direct experience with observability products/tools, especially in the APM space, Prior SaaS product experience with a developer persona, Experience with enterprise B2B products, Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
