Full Job Description
We're seeking a customer-obsessed Product Manager to drive the vision and own the business for a innovative e-commerce experiences in the sports and customization space. You'll own the product lifecycle from conception to launch, working backwards from customers to deliver seamless experiences for discovering, customizing, and purchasing products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs with business objectives while leading cross-functional teams. Key job responsibilities * Business Ownership: Act as the voice of the customer and business owner, managing product economics, pricing strategy, forecast analysis, and success metrics * Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product roadmap and vision for sports-related e-commerce experiences, balancing customer needs with business objectives across multiple product categories * Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and external partners to align stakeholders and drive execution * Customer Discovery: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into product requirements and features that delight customers * Product Development: Write PR/FAQs, narratives, and business requirements; define features for catalog expansion and customization capabilities; validate product-market fit through experimentation * Launch & Adoption: Drive go-to-market strategy, coordinate across business units, measure KPIs, and optimize for customer satisfaction About the team Amazon Merch on Demand is creating a highly scalable print-on-demand business for consumer products.
