An overview of this role As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and evolve GitLab's AI Platform Management capabilities across the platform, with a focus on the AI Control Plane that governs how agents, Model Context Protocol servers, tools, and skills are used, and when human approval is required. You will have broad scope across product strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment for AI Platform Management. In your first year, you will shape the direction of governance, orchestration, and audit capabilities, help teams make practical decisions in an ambiguous space, and build trust with engineering, design, and partner teams
