Rather than relying solely on detailed requirements documents, this PM leads through action: researching and prototyping with AI tools, contributing directly to the product through vibe-coding, and using AI to interpret and navigate complex engineering systems. An AI Native PM celebrates each step our teams take toward a "One System" Mindset by adopting and reusing platform capabilities to reduce silos and waste and models what it means to operate in an AI-first world!
