We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and execute the company's AI and digital workplace strategy. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership, combining product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap definition, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams to identify opportunities, validate customer needs, and bring innovative AI-powered capabilities to market. What You'll Do - Define and drive product strategy for AI-powered workplace experiences and intelligent employee services. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, search, and knowledge management technologies to create measurable customer value. - Own product discovery efforts through customer interviews, workshops, research, and market analysis. - Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving business needs. - Translate customer insights and market opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities. - Write detailed product specifications and partner with Engineering and Design teams throughout delivery. - Drive prioritization decisions by balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, business value, and security considerations. -
