Senior Product Manager – AI & Digital Workplace Location: Paris, France (Hybrid) Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English and French required Type: Full-time About the Opportunity Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of an established and fast-growing European B2B SaaS company that is entering an exciting new phase of innovation and expansion. As organizations increasingly adopt AI-powered tools to transform the way employees work, our client is investing heavily in intelligent workplace experiences that improve knowledge access, productivity, collaboration, and automation while maintaining the governance, security, and trust that enterprises require. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and execute the company's AI and digital workplace strategy. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership, combining product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap definition, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams to identify opportunities, validate customer needs, and bring innovative AI-powered capabilities to market. What You'll Do - Define and drive product strategy for AI-powered workplace experiences and intelligent employee services. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, search, and knowledge management technologies to create measurable customer value. - Own product discovery efforts through customer interviews, workshops, research, and market analysis. - Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving business needs. - Translate customer insights and market opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities. - Write detailed product specifications and partner with Engineering and Design teams throughout delivery. - Drive prioritization decisions by balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, business value, and security considerations. -
