You’ll work on foundational systems that enable faster feature development, security, and reliability across our global engineering community. Every enhancement you make will contribute to our teams' ability to build, scale, and deliver quality features—ultimately impacting millions of users worldwide. As a member of this team, you serve as the product owner for Delivery Hero’s transition to an AI-native engineering culture, specifically driving the Product-Market Fit of AI-assisted coding across our global tech organization. You are the essential glue between technical breakthroughs and their practical, high-velocity application within the software development lifecycle. You ensure that innovations like automated coding and agentic workflows move beyond fragmented experimentation to become standard, high-impact habits for every builder. Your mission is to bridge the gap between "having a tool" and "habitual usage," orchestrating a unified strategy that turns technical capabilities into daily workflows to achieve our 2026 Northstar of 100% daily AI adoption for everyone involved in
