What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of product management experience, specifically within search, retrieval, AI, or platform-centric products., Proven ability to define a long-term platform thesis and translate technical constraints (APIs, LLMs, integrations) into a cohesive roadmap., Experienced in working with engineering teams on complex, ambiguous systems where quality and performance are critical., Data-oriented with product judgment, comfortable using metrics and experimentation to navigate uncertainty., Exceptional communicator who can articulate technical strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences., Demonstrates fluency in AI tools and emerging technologies, with a desire to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, search quality, or evaluation systems is highly preferred., Passionate about enterprise software and inventing new workflows for the future of coordination.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ship improvements for core AI experiences.
Communicate strategic vision and technical tradeoffs.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, Data Science, Sales, Support, and Marketing.; Collaborates with cross-functional teams on AI systems governance and trust.; Collaborates with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to ship improvements.; Aligns stakeholders and leadership on technical tradeoffs and platform vision.
Communication Scope
Exceptional communicator who can articulate technical strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
