What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in product management, meaningful exposure to data platforms, identity systems, or ad tech infrastructure, technical depth — comfort with concepts like identity graphs, entity resolution, data pipelines, and distributed systems, experience driving cross-functional initiatives that multiple teams or business units, track record of influencing without direct authority, Clear, structured communication skills, Familiarity with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Airflow) or similar data infrastructure, Occasional flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including some evening availability
Nice to Have
Experience in ad tech, MarTech, or identity resolution, experience with identity graphs, cross-device linking, audience resolution, or programmatic advertising infrastructure, Familiarity with privacy-first identity strategies, including cookieless resolution, first-party data approaches, or privacy regulations (GDPR, GPP), SQL fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets, Experience with agile development practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
What You'll Do.
Define and drive product roadmap for addressability systems
Partner with engineering to build identity resolution capabilities
Drive org-wide adoption of Zeta identity spine (ZID)
Own migration of legacy identity systems
Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders
Define success metrics and build visibility into identity coverage
Translate complex concepts into clear product requirements
Use data to inform prioritization and measure impact
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work across every major business unit and engineering pod; Build alignment across diverse stakeholders; Coordinate large-scale technical migrations; Partner closely with engineering; Work with CRM, programmatic, Publisher Cloud (HIRO), Email Exchange, and Data Cloud teams; Coordinate across multiple engineering pods and business stakeholders; Build and maintain working relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and business unit leaders
Communication Scope
Clear, structured communication skills; Translate between technical and business audiences; Build alignment across stakeholders; Translate complex identity and data infrastructure concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and stakeholder communications
Process & Methodology
Coordinate large-scale technical migrations, Coordinate across multiple engineering pods and business stakeholders, Agile development practices
