5+ years in product management, 3+ years in payments or financial services, Hands-on experience with A2A payment products, Experience with ACH, RTP, FedNow, push-to-card, or open banking, Understand how the rails work, Demonstrated track record of independently owning and delivering complex payment products, Deep experience working directly with customers and partners, Experience partnering with Engineering on payment system design, Experience working within or alongside an acquired product team, Proven use of data-driven insights to prioritize work, Exceptional execution skills, Comfort operating in ambiguity, Fluent with AI tools for product work, Excellent communicator
Nice to Have
Experience with open banking platforms, Knowledge of ACH operating rules, Knowledge of Reg-E requirements, Knowledge of Nacha compliance, Experience with disbursements, Experience with earned wage access, Experience with insurance payouts, SaaS or B2B embedded finance background, Familiarity with Jira, Familiarity with Confluence, Familiarity with agile delivery practices

Run scoping sessions with Engineering
Lead product discovery
Build deep understanding of A2A payment lifecycle
Design products that hold up end-to-end
Partner with Engineering on technical design decisions
Push for scalable solutions
Define success metrics for every initiative
Track metrics post-launch
Share learnings with the team
Build awareness of A2A capabilities
Drive adoption of new capabilities
Use AI tools actively in workflow
Bring AI velocity to team
Represent product in customer workshops
Represent product in partner calls
Represent product in internal stakeholder reviews
Participate in quarterly planning
