Full Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Product Engineer to be located in Vietnam. Have excellent consumer or enterprise board level product engineering and manufacturing knowledge/experience. To help in supporting the fast-growing NV product manufacturing globally. **What you will be doing:** * Identify and address recurring or long-standing manufacturing issues through comprehensive root cause analysis. * Conduct detailed failure analysis for board-level components to determine the root cause of defects and performance issues. * Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve persistent production problems. * Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to gather cross-functional input and develop effective solutions. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to ensure long-term success. * Document and share best practices and lessons learned to prevent future issues. * Provide expert guidance and support to teams dealing with complex manufacturing challenges. * Regularly review and update processes to reflect changes and improvements. * Define the yield handling, aging, event alert, and OCAP and leading for DOE to solve bugs for solutions **What we need to see:** * BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering or Engineering Science/Physics * 5+ years’ experience in backend product manufacturing experiences of consumer or enterprise board level product * Deep technical knowledge in Hardware of consumer or enterprise board level product and failure analysis Proven experience in manufacturing continuous improvement, particularly at the board level. * Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective leadership and project management abilities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated expertise in board-level failure analysis and troubleshooting. *
