What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering/Chemistry Engineering or equivalent experience, At least 8+ years of proven experience in Debug via data, problem solving and prioritization ability, statistics and data analysis background (JMP & Python), Proven AI capabilities to produce fast &efficiently results, Work under stress capabilities, Multi-tasking capabilities, Ability to work early hours with business partner
Nice to Have
Experience with optical networking, Physical layer 1 networking verification, Data analysis skills with large scale datasets

Analyze networking failures and cross-correlate multi-test data to identify root causes.
Design and complete engineering experiments to reproduce
and resolve product issues.
Innovate solutions that improve product quality and performance.
Deliver timely and accurate reports on findings and solutions in a fast paced environment.
Provide feedback based on Test House data to optimize product screening processes.

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (Application Engineers, Solution Architects, Firmware Developers) to address sophisticated challenges.
