You’ll get to: * Conduct mechanical design for hand tools. * Collaborate with manufacturing sites and vendors to develop designs that reduce scrap/loss, enhance process capability, and ensure product consistency. * Provide technical leadership and design for manufacturing to meet product requirements and maintain part quality at competitive costs. * Develop product specifications, workmanship standards, and performance expectations. * Mentor and guide junior engineers. **Who You Are** you always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
