Drive test program reviews

Execute to defined qual plans

Identify root cause for failures

Drive fixes for failures

Collaborate with outsource partner

Analyze bench-ATE correlation data

Complete char data guardbanding

Finalize test program limits

Confirm compliance to system specs

Interface between outsource partner and teams

Support fixes during product bring-up

Drive test-time reduction

Define test plans for production lots
