Position Summary Work with OEM customers and R&D engineering team in the development of Electronic Control Units (ECU) with embedded software for the control of electric Drivetrain products & AWD Torque Transfer system, responsibility includes ECU hardware development, customer requirements clarification, supporting product team and Engineering project team, also support sales team for New Business opportunities. Candidates must have strong troubleshooting skill and Application knowledge to be able to support the successful integration of our product into customer vehicles. The candidate must also have strong communication skill to build relationships and foster teamwork with our customer and multi-disciplined product development teams. The candidate will be the primary technical customer contact point for BW DMS ECU development team. **_Key Accountabilities_** · ECU hardware development for electric Drivetrain products: Architect design, supplier collaboration, DVP test, etc. · Supporting software team for BSW and ASW software development. · Present electronic control unit design and system performance and obtain concurrence from customer for New Business Opportunities · Support SOP activities at customer · Responsible for investigating customer product/system related problems · Represents BW-DMS ECU development department for the support of appropriate product teams as product team member. · Responsible for being the primary OEM Customer contact for BW-DMS ECU development team. · Responsible for providing facilitation of upfront analysis with OEM Customer of vehicle assembly plant and warranty returns. · Support customer test trips for systems issues and calibration · Support vehicle demonstrations and early prototype vehicle as needed ** _Qualifications & Requirements_** · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required (Electrical and /or Electronics Engineering preferred) · Minimum of 3 years of experience (required) · Minimum 3 years of experience with automotive em
