Must Have
8+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated ability to deliver features end-to-end across backend and frontend, proficiency in Python and Java, sound architectural instincts, Fluency with modern AI development tools, ability to use AI tools productively while maintaining quality and correctness, Experience working directly with business stakeholders, business context to make the right tradeoffs, communication skills, advocate for engineering quality without creating friction, A builder’s mindset
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Vue.js or a modern frontend framework, Experience with event-driven architecture, Experience with workflow orchestration, Experience with data pipeline design, A track record of building internal tools or platforms
