6+ years of professional software engineering experience, 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade full stack applications, 3+ years of experience working with modern frontend frameworks, 3+ years of backend development experience, 3+ years of experience working with relational databases, 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms, Proven experience working within a venture capital-backed startup environment, Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth product organisations, Proven experience building and scaling complex software systems, understanding of scalable architecture, understanding of system design, understanding of data structures, understanding of maintainable software engineering practices, Practical experience using AI development tools and LLM platforms, Experience integrating APIs and third-party systems, product mindset, Experience working in cross-functional product environments, Ability to work independently, communication and collaboration skills, Pragmatic engineering approach, problem-solving capability, sound technical judgment, Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, delivery-focused attitude
Nice to Have

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with proven experience working in high-performing venture capital-backed startups to help shape and build the next generation of impactful technology products used by thousands of users every day. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on engineering role where you will work across infrastructure, backend, frontend, and AI-powered systems. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Commercial, Analytics, and Operations teams to design and deliver meaningful features that solve real-world problems. The role offers a high degree of ownership and autonomy within a fast-moving environment that values pragmatism, experimentation, and continuous improvement. You will help evolve modern AI-enabled products and internal tooling while contributing to architectural decisions, platform scalability, and engineering best practices.
