What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years CM manufacturing process (mechanical assembly, packing process) management experience in computer electrical product, Familiarity with 3D Drawing software Creo, or other mechanical drawing software, Can well know manufacturing process qualification tool (strain gauge test, pressure paper test, DNP, cross section…), know well of CPK, GR&R to review equipment, Knowledge for DFX, DOE, PFMEA, 8D, QPA etc., Familiarity with BGA corner bonding solution, TIM dispensing, Laser etching, underfill, Be willing to work in a lab or manufacturing environment, Be willing to travel internationally and support different globe CM product manufacturing process transferring and qualification, Must exhibit a high level of flexibility and ability to multi-task all the time, Independent & capable to lead tasks from beginning to closure, possess good reasoning and analytical, problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
Knowledge of board manufacturing process, system assembly, Rich experience in fixture design, automation, fixture validation, Mechanical tolerence analysis, Good mechanical issue trouble shooting capability

Full Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated mechanical Engineer to be located in TW. You will support to build NVIDIA GPU products, work closely with cross functional teams for highly complex board products manufacturing process development, review and maintaining.
