What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of experience in product design, including significant experience operating at a senior or lead individual contributor level., Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience., Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives end-to-end, translating broad concepts into shipped products within gaming, mobile, or loyalty platforms., Advanced proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, along with experience using complementary tools within the Adobe Creative Suite., Proven experience building and evolving scalable design systems to drive consistency and efficiency across products., prototyping skills, with experience selecting appropriate fidelity to support discovery, validation, and delivery., Hands-on experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing independently, using tools such as UserTesting, Maze, or equivalent methods., Ability to partner with data and analytics teams and leverage product insights to inform and validate design decisions., Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills., A collaborative, self-directed mindset with a track record of driving clarity and momentum in ambiguous problem spaces.

and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate across teams.

Lead design discovery and experimentation

independently planning and conducting research

and usability testing to identify the most impactful opportunities.

Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to guide the user experience from concept through launch.

Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders as needed throughout the product development lifecycle.

Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to define event tracking and measurement strategies that validate design hypotheses and inform iteration.

Contribute to the evolution of team design practices

and documentation to support consistency and quality across the product.
