What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4–6 years of experience in Product Design, portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design, Proven experience designing for enterprise users, Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture, Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile environments, Ability to handle ambiguity and work on large, evolving product areas, Experience designing for role-based systems, permissions, and multi-tenant environments, Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Nice to Have

preferably within SaaS or enterprise products, Figma (preferred), Familiarity with data visualization best practices, Experience with design systems at scale, Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise compliance considerations
