Full Job Description
One of our key areas is the Core UX & Mobile area, where we work on the foundations of the experience for our users across both mobile and web platforms. In this area, we define the core patterns and architecture that other teams build upon. It’s about setting the groundwork that ensures consistency, quality, and scalability across the product. We’re looking for a strong, talented Senior Designer who will play a key role in this area and take ownership of it. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams and requires someone who can confidently influence, and drive foundational experience decisions across the organization. Your responsibilities will include fostering innovation and working closely with diverse teams to ensure an outstanding user experience. Core UX & Mobile @PandaDoc Develop Information Architecture: Design and evolve the overall information architecture of the application, ensuring clarity, logical structure, and seamless navigation across the entire product ecosystem. Build Cross-Platform Foundations: Work across both web and mobile platforms to create consistent, scalable experience patterns that adapt to the specifics of each platform while maintaining a unified product vision. Establish Core Experience Patterns: Define reusable UX patterns and structural frameworks that serve as the foundation for other teams, enabling them to build features on top of a coherent and well-designed base. Collaborate with the Design System Team: Partner closely with the design system to ensure scalability, consistency, and technical feasibility, so that solutions are reusable and easy for other designers and engineers to adopt. Enable Scalable Product Evolution: Create a flexible experience framework that allows other teams to layer their solutions efficiently, supporting long-term product growth without fragmenting the user experience.
