As a Senior Content Designer, you own the words that shape how people experience Epicor's products. You define voice, terminology, content patterns, and writing standards across product surfaces, including AI-driven experiences where the system speaks on behalf of the software. You work at the intersection of UX, product strategy, and engineering, making sure the language layer is as considered as the visual layer. ## ## What You'll Do * Define and maintain content standards across Epicor's product portfolio: UI copy, microcopy, in-app messaging, error states, empty states, onboarding flows, tooltips, and contextual help. * Own the product voice and terminology framework.
