5–8 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, with shipped work in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or complex workflow-driven applications., A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to make complex things clear., understanding of how content and interaction design work together., Experience defining voice, tone, and terminology standards for a product or product portfolio., Ability to write for multiple contexts: UI microcopy, long-form guidance, error messages, onboarding sequences, and system-generated content., Active AI fluency in your content practice., Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience designing content for AI-driven products: chatbots, copilots, agent-generated summaries, autonomous notifications, or conversational interfaces., Hands-on experience with vibe coding or agent-assisted development., Understanding of how AI agents and protocols like MCP shape the content layer., A philosophical perspective on what AI changes about content design as a discipline., A pragmatic, fail-fast mindset., Experience in enterprise domains like manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or logistics, or a demonstrated ability to learn complex operational domains quickly.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers as an embedded member of product teams.; Contribute content strategy from problem framing through shipped outcomes.; Partner effectively with designers, PMs, and engineers.; Articulate why a word choice matters.
