About the role: We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to play a critical role in shaping the user experience across Tempo’s product suite. In this senior-level individual contributor role, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to translate complex problems into intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions. You will help drive design strategy, elevate quality, and ensure that design thinking is embedded throughout the product development lifecycle—from early discovery through delivery and iteration.
