Full Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Roger is an AI platform that frees home health clinicians from paperwork so they can focus on what matters: delivering life-changing care to our most vulnerable elderly patients in the comfort of their homes. Backed by leading healthcare investors like SignalFire, we've powered millions of visits, deployed to thousands of clinicians, and we're just getting started. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the look, feel, and functionality of everything clinicians touch. Healthcare administration is full of chaos and complexity, and our job is to turn it into delightful, AI-first workflows that feel effortless. This role combines exceptional design sensibility with real product ownership: you'll own UX and UI end to end, from understanding how clinicians actually work to the entire visual identity of our product. Our users are clinicians delivering hands-on care in the field, often working fast with little time to spare. Designing for them means deeply understanding their world and earning their trust through every interaction. If you live and breathe pixels and want to define how an entire category of healthcare AI looks and feels, we'd love to talk. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own design end to end as a hands-on IC, from first sketch through high-fidelity handoff and shipped implementation. - Design beautiful user experiences, not just in look and feel, but in how the product actually works. - Develop a deep understanding of clinician workflows and translate them into clearer, better design throughout the app. - Simplify the chaos and complexity of healthcare administration into delightful, AI-first workflows. - Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, leveraging AI tools like Figma, Lovable, and Claude to move fast. - Partner closely with founders, product, and engineers to define the roadmap and ship high-quality work. - Interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback, using strong product intuition to make the right calls for our
