What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 to 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, or related roles, A university degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field, visual thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex systems and ideas, Confidence working live in front of stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, Experience translating abstract discussions into low to mid fidelity artifacts and prototypes, A bias toward clarity, usefulness, and speed over visual polish, Hands on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar, Familiarity with journey mapping, flows, service blueprints, and concept prototyping, Ability to adapt designs in real time based on group feedback and session dynamics, Clear verbal communication skills (English and Greek), especially when explaining design decisions to non-designers, written communication skills to document rationale, assumptions, and outcomes, A pragmatic mindset focused on learning, progress, and enabling better decisions

Create prototypes that enable discussion
Rapidly visualize concepts

Translate workshop outputs into mid fidelity design artifacts
Adjust designs in real time based on participant feedback

Support usability checks and lightweight validation exercises
Document design rationale and key assumptions behind concepts
Package outputs so they can be reused by client or internal teams
