ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to take end-to-end ownership of core areas of the Overflow product, including giving flows, the Tap product-led growth motion, payment experiences, and the client dashboard and reporting. You'll join a small, senior design team — as our third product designer — and partner daily with engineering and product to turn complex financial workflows into experiences that feel simple, trustworthy, and even delightful. This is a builder's role, not a handoff role. You'll move fluidly between strategy, prototyping, and pixel-level polish, and help shape the systems, processes, and quality bar for how design works at Overflow as we scale. You'll report directly to the Head of Product and have an outsized voice on product direction.
