You thrive in ambiguity, especially in 0 to 1 spaces where the problem is not yet defined and the path forward is yours to shape. You bring a strong point of view grounded in user insight, product thinking, and craft. Our tight-knit team of designers is obsessed with creating delightful, engaging, and inclusive programs for lifelong health, medical care, and behavior change. We combine behavioral psychology, data science, and user insight to create experiences that are intuitive and impactful across a wide range of users. As a Senior Product Designer, you will… Design human-centered experiences that help people make meaningful, lasting changes to their health. Take on 0 to 1 problems, turning undefined spaces into clear concepts, prototypes, and shipped experiences. Frame and define the right problems to solve, identifying opportunities across the member and care team experience. Drive the design process end-to-end, from concept through validation, prototyping, and final execution, in fast, iterative cycles. Use rapid prototyping to explore ideas, test hypotheses, and make concepts tangible for the team. Deliver consumer-grade experiences across mobile (iOS and Android), with strong visual, interaction, and systems thinking. Partner with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams to shape strategy and drive aligned decisions.
