Full Job Description

**Title: Senior Product Designer** **Salary Range: £58,000 - £77,500** **Location: Remote, anywhere in the United Kingdom.** **The role:** We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help shape the next stage of Isla’s product experience as we continue to grow. Reporting into our Director of Product, this is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex product problems and collaborating deeply with cross-functional teams. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and our clinical safety officer, you’ll play a key role in improving UX quality across the platform. You'll be the voice of the user across Isla and will be helping simplify complex workflows, strengthen discovery and research practices, and ensure we build thoughtful, user-centred experiences in a highly regulated environment. You’ll help to create the conditions for great design to happen: advocating for strong UX thinking, improving design practices, and ensuring design remains an enabler rather than a bottleneck as we scale. **\----** **What you'll do** * Design intuitive product experiences - you will design complex clinical and patient-facing experiences end-to-end, from flows and wireframes through to polished UI and implementation-ready designs * Be the voice of the user - ensure user needs are represented throughout the product development process, from early discovery and problem definition through to delivery and iteration * Improve UX quality across the platform - proactively identify friction, inconsistencies and opportunities to simplify workflows and improve the overall user experience * Make research stick - building on our existing research practice to make it more structured, consistent, and impactful. You'll help ensure insights are visible, accessible, and actively shaping product decisions, including establishing repeatable usability testing processes to ensure it's never deprioritised or missed - both critical requirements for medica
