If you thrive in environments where autonomy, creativity, and purpose come together, this is your next big move. **What you’ll do** * Drive end‑to‑end experiences across mobile and digital platforms, from Discovery, Research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing and delivery. * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Digital stakeholders to create simple, seamless and mobile‑first digital experiences. * Develop and communicate design concepts, rationale, and customer insights that influence product direction. * Champion human‑centred design across the organisation, advocating for quality, accessibility, and consistency. * Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing design culture. **What we’re looking for** * Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping, human‑centred design, and information architecture. * 5+ years’ experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing Product UX, UI, interaction, Service Design, and problem‑solving. * Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring others on the design journey. * Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, agile environments
