Full Job Description
At ING, we’re reimagining what banking feels like – simpler, smarter, and unmistakably human. As a **Senior Product Designer** , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of Australians experience our digital ecosystem every day. This is a hands‑on, highly collaborative role where you’ll take the lead on solving complex problems, crafting intuitive mobile‑first experiences, and championing design that genuinely improves customers’ lives. You’ll work at the heart of our Digital Tribe, partnering with product managers, engineers, and design leaders to push boundaries, experiment boldly, and bring big ideas to life. Beyond producing beautiful and functional designs, you’ll influence strategy, mentor designers, drive human‑centred thinking, and help shape ING’s design direction for the future. If you thrive in environments where autonomy, creativity, and purpose come together, this is your next big move. **What you’ll do** * Drive end‑to‑end experiences across mobile and digital platforms, from Discovery, Research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing and delivery. * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Digital stakeholders to create simple, seamless and mobile‑first digital experiences. * Develop and communicate design concepts, rationale, and customer insights that influence product direction. * Champion human‑centred design across the organisation, advocating for quality, accessibility, and consistency. * Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing design culture. **What we’re looking for** * Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping, human‑centred design, and information architecture. * 5+ years’ experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing Product UX, UI, interaction, Service Design, and problem‑solving. * Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring others on the design journey. * Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, agile environments

How to Apply on Workday
- Workday has a multi-step form — save your progress after every section.
- "Apply With LinkedIn" can fail or lose data; manual entry is more reliable.
- Watch for the "Submit for Review" final step — hitting "Save" alone does not submit.
