SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER Are you passionate about designing AI that talks to real customers in the wild? As a Senior Product Designer on Hatch's small but mighty design team, you'll help shape elegant, scalable solutions across our platform, from Voice AI and Messaging AI to our Campaign and Audience Builders. Your focus will be on designing for enterprise home services operators: people running complex, multi-location businesses who need powerful tooling without complexity. This role involves understanding operational workflows, delivering high-quality design solutions, prototyping with AI tools, conducting user research, and collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, and AI specialists. LOCATION: East Coast Remote WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Own end-to-end design of core product experiences with a high sense of craft, from early exploration through polished execution. We're aiming to top experiences like Linear, Vercel, Attio, or Raycast. - Design AI communication workflows (Voice AI, SMS, email) and data-heavy interfaces like campaign builders, journey orchestration, and performance dashboards that balance power and simplicity. -
