Our AI doesn't just assist behind the scenes. It converses with customers across voice, SMS, and email, handling everything from after-hours call answering to multi-step lead nurture journeys. The culture at Hatch combines the speed of a startup with the technical depth of a category leader, and you'll have real autonomy in a collaborative, fast-moving team. Now acquired by Yelp, we're increasing revenue year over year and at a turning point: scaling the product, the team, and the design function that shapes how all of it comes together. As a Senior Product Designer on Hatch's small but mighty design team, you'll help shape elegant, scalable solutions across our platform, from Voice AI and Messaging AI to our Campaign and Audience Builders. Your focus will be on designing for enterprise home services operators: people running complex, multi-location businesses who need powerful tooling without complexity. This role involves understanding operational workflows, delivering high-quality design solutions, prototyping with AI tools, conducting user research, and collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, and AI specialists. Join us at a defining moment to shape how design operates at Hatch for years to come. LOCATION: East Coast Remote WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Own end-to-end design of core product experiences with a high sense of craft, from early exploration through polished execution.
